AEM is a Waterloo based manufacturing company that specializes in High-Speed Precision CNC Machining. AEM is currently providing the automotive, military, aerospace and electronic industries with a variety of precision machined parts. We use high-speed CNC machines, along with innovative approaches, to deliver the highest accuracy attainable. At AEM, we are dedicated to delivering quality parts at a lower cost than many of our competitors.

AEM has over 15 employees with over 40 years of machining experience. Our plant operates five days a week, with three rotating shifts. We also have several Manufacturing Engineers on staff.

At our shop, we believe in the customer being No. 1 and we will always try our best to accommodate you. Whether it’s low cost or high production ­ whatever the issue, we will do our absolute best to make sure that you receive what you want, when you want it.
